Someone big wants out. Board changes suggest that financing isn’t going to happen anytime soon. Good chance it goes under from here given the cash burn as they will struggle to raise more equity. Nothing to do with the country, these guys have had all approvals in place for some time now. Management have got no one to blame other than themselves.
