    I realise that but I was trying to make an indicator not a definitive chart like volume. Its a pity they don't disclose when the shorts are closed.

    All I have done is get the average of the trading longs for a few days and then subtracted the shorts from this leaving me with the opportunities that shorts could be closed with.
