Yes, he currently does not own any stock, however has a ton of incentives and performance rights tied up with getting this company reaching some amazing heights.
If he's just going to let the ship sink then it would be a colossal waste of his time wouldn't you think ??
Perhaps a bit of research before making assumptions about why someone would want to own stock is needed here ?
He had the opportunity to buy vast amounts of stock when the company was much smaller and the SP was much lower too ...
