IMO
The buying of the last few days suggests a CR make be coming
It is very difficult to aggressively expand o/s with $1m cash at bank when your competitors having major backings with deep pockets and a strong foothold in their respective markets
Earning overseas revenues is one thing, generating profits from them in the infancy stages is another
