Flare is looking good on today's image. The press release of the 60 day flow shows some steps up from the apparent decline, small but good little steps.
The flare measures a bit bigger today, doesn't mean much unless we see it more. It is not impossible or even unlikely that the well is still cleaning up. Some wells don't hit their stride for six months!
This would matter much more on the ultimate recovery of the well than the short term rate.
