Not sure exactly but I am sure the rules would say something like they require a company to release any "material" information. Since the Market didn't move fair to say that it isn't considered material. By the market let alone some regulator. Some companies and investors like to notify/be notified everytime the CEO goes to the toilet. TBN tend to wait until they have something a bit more concrete. IE Hole is finished with production tubing installed rather than updating every 1000 meters drilled....I find it best to just temper my expectations about when announcements will come and have a quiet beer or I just get stressed and spend too much time looking at my phone waiting for something to drop (which won't until they are good and ready).
