I think you're spot on there NewTrader, excellent post by the way.

The think many of us have almost forgotten about the 20ft of oil that could also be in play here (thanks for mentioning that) as this hasn't been factored into people's predicted calculations.

Although just speculating here but perhaps extraction of that oil if avail in commercial quantities might not be from this well but perhaps planned for subsequent wells, given that gas will offer a much faster ROI at present. Nonetheless, I think this could be a bonus pay either now or at a later stage!

So, does anyone have any idea what the value can be placed on that oil, if at all?
