IMO there is a possibility the flare has been moved to the extreme NE of the lease, although it doesn't show cleanly on IR. Also worth mentioning, there are flares on Mar 3rd and 8th on the IR bands.
I don't have much doubt the test has either been completed or the flare moved to the NE corner in order to prep for workover and frack operations.
