Reiner, the more I think about it, the more logical it does seem to replace one director with one of the amigos.
Like it or not, Darryl we need, and im inclined to think that the person who should go, takes a salary too big for what he does, and has his finger in other pies anyway...
If Mr Egan stayed with the board, as his salary is fairly modest, a new director could make sure the drilling contracts by Egan drilling were priced accordingly , but I would not be surprised to see a new member on the board jump straight in and take the same salary as the guy he was replacing..
They're not challenging the board becuse they love Barlee, or they care about the shareholder who bought $1000 of blah, blah... They're challenging the board for money...
Plain and simple.
