One observation
Very, very strange way to capture the attention of BCN holders.
Check out a search on Beacon Minerals, not too easy to find that site.
This whole thing just has a smell about it, questions for anyone who can find an answer-
Why did it take a sale of ML to RMS before these guys even considered buying the quantity of shares they now have and want to take over the company?
And then
Why, if successful, do they want to can the ML sale, which seems to me to be the only reason that they bought BCN shares in the first place?
Just doesn't add up, or what am I missing?
