Hi amigo. The company says that it has "exclusive licensing rights to the innovative Flash Joule Heating Technology..." - see screen shot 1) from one of the company's announcements. Also below is a screen shot 2) from the company's website regarding the "Technology, Ownership and Licensing". I guess you would need to be a patent lawyer to know the full details, but at least the Directors seem to report they have covered all bases.
