You need to understand some customers have previously bought the KNIFE SET and don't want a second set. The issue was they were of very poor quality and the guarantee was not honored. Tim forgot to mention the GUARANTEE NOT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK PART, I know your saying this is updated knife set made from the highest quality steel from recycled mitsubishi magnas in China, but I don't want another set of your knives thanks. I think Tim probably got a nicer smiler than you as I think you frown when people tell you where you can stick your knife set.
