I'm unsure why your claiming investors are BUYING UP. The market is showing substantial DUMPING of the stock and the options alone are down 40%. I am sure there are extremely well educated and experienced investors with the technology MTM was gifted and if there was substantial or any value it would be reflected in the price and the SP has fallen substantially since the original announcement
