You really have no idea about how money is moved within Asia do you. Bank transfers.....yeah right. Money trails....yeah right.
Also there is absolutely no visa rule about people making money overseas if they are not a tax residents here. The effort compared to the tax recovered will mean that this will be a 'crack down' for this year
