100% correct and already demonstrated in detail either on this thread or one of its myriad companions.
As is common in Courts, the case failed on the technicality of the challenge's specific terms not being met by the respondent.
The "merits" of the underlying FE claim were never heard let alone tested.
No Opinion has provided No Answer to these facts.
