    Most agents bring very little to the sale of a property except to get in the middle of a deal and make sure they get their money.

    When the local agent is driving around in a BMW or Merc something is clearly wrong. They are over paid and low skilled.

    Purple Bricks will be a winner here. Can't come soon enough.
