    Hello. Go back to my previous post on this topic. Its just the "sophisticated investor" placement takers selling to recoup their capital for their next short term gamble. If we believe in WCN, we can prepare for buying at 10% to even 15% below the 2.6 placement price. This is how these (surreal) things work (like clockwork). Regards
