On 11 April, 21 days ago, the ASX said
The Company’s securities will continue to remain suspended in accordance with Listing Rule 17.3 for failure to respond to an ASX query . The suspension will continue until the Company provides a satisfactory response to ASX’s query.
It would appear to the common man that the ASX has either not received a response OR that the response received has not been "satisfactory"
The Directors, who are there to carry out wishes of shareholders, are possibly not doing this. Shareholders should consider calling the company to find out the position....... if anyone will talk to you ... surely if the announcements which have been made would have been done on a solid foundation of truth, directors can produce those documents and prove to the ASX, and make sure that the ASX Query is answered satisfactorily... surely.... surely the directors would never consider making any announcements at all without a solid and valid basis for those announcements. After all the directors conduct the business and make announcements for the market and shareholders, and the ASX, as regulator , is duty bound to act on those, if they feel it is warranted. something big is not right, IMHO.......
