IF KB  (TKF) have received the 1.2M from Regency, KB n DA will NOT even think of leaving until they have had their share of these funds. Why would have any need of seeing the shares trade. DA declared in the rights issue prospectus that he does not hold any shares, so it makes zilch difference to him, he keeps on getting directors pay and shareholders can whistle. KB comes to work, gets his pay, no one knows for sure if the pay cut that he agreed to when he signed the Alignment papers has been taken... if not he is on full pay, no need to worry about ASX, as stock in suspension, money in the TKF bank, going to his bank as his pay is due, so who is happy?
Neopopulas, the "tipping point", is just that when there is no more to "tip" into salary accounts, tip away into the sunset....
