The obvious differences seem to be number of shares on issue, and the fact that CCC is producing and selling coal, and AFR are currently only planning to do this.
Both have ambitious plans, but only one is currently generating income from coal sales. Opinions will vary as to quality of management, but until we see objective evidence of runs on the board or failure to achieve goals these are just opinions.
Please advise what specific 'stark' differences you have identified apart from these?
