I've given the explanation several times.

From a Bahai perspective "the way" is an indication of the path to God only through the Manifestation of God for the age in which one lives in?

When God speaks in His various ways from age to age, whether that be to a specific population or to a specific indigenous region, or to various nations or even to the whole world, that is "the way" for that population at that specific moment in history.

"the way" therefore changes from time to time from manifestation of God to manifestation of God.

God's plan of salvation was not finished with the coming of Jesus . His work was finished, correct, at that point in history, but he didn't establish many of the prophecies from the Prophets of Israel, which clothing indicates that God's work is not finished.

So to hang on to the "it's finished" and "the way" as if it's the end of God's work is clearly an indication of a very very narrow view of what the Bible in its totality is speaking about in relation to God's Plan.

His plan is still unfolding today .

The Work of Jesus was finished , but the Work of God continues.

An infinite God cannot by definition be waiting around for some random moment to no longer be God.

    Kam
