Again, that's ok in seeing the bible as the word of God, I have no issue there, the issue I have is your interpretation, it's not just a matter of reading verses literally as there are 4 ways to interpret scripture and they are the literal sense, the allegorical sense, the moral sense, and the anagogical sense. It is important to interpret scripture in these ways because it allows us to deepen our understanding of the mysteries contained in the Word of God and to apply its teachings to our lives.
Unfortunately, most are oblivious to this and making a mess of their understandings, and as it seems with your prophet falling in the same trap, to which is a dead giveaway that he wasn't a prophet at all
