Jesus is reported to have also said love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you. If you feel that more clarification is needed, you are probably right, although for some, there is never enough, as the way we treat indigenous populations shows. We need to bear in mind that the way we treat indigenous populations is a reflection of what we are like rather than on what Jesus or Baha'u'llah taught.
