Let me speak from experience, If I go into a leb bakery, I ask for one zaatar, and I get what I uploaded.
If I'm feeling like I want some excitement I may ask for a:
Spinach zaatar
Spinach, tomato, onion zaatar
Cheese zaatar
Ham and cheese zaatar (although I don't eat ham)
Although you gave it your best shot you missed, you did however have an opportunity.....
I should have said cheese zaatar.
