Yes and that exact same "Word" will come again under a "new name" (as per Isaiah 62:2, and Rev 2:17 and 3:12) and speak again and bring righteousness to all nations.

Those verses are referring to Israel and as you pointed out nations and believers, not about the "Word" which is Jesus Christ

Here they are again. I'll open them for you, since it's my responsibility to do so, because you tend to just toss them in without really understanding the right context of what they are actually saying.

Isaiah 62:2 is a verse from the Old Testament that speaks about God's promises concerning His people, particularly Israel. The verse reads

"The nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory; and you will be called by a new name that the mouth of the Lord will bestow." (NIV)

    What is it referring to?
This verse is part of a prophetic message of hope and restoration. It describes a future time when God's people will be recognized for their righteousness, and their reputation will be restored and honored among the nations. The "new name" signifies a renewed identity and honor bestowed by God, symbolizing transformation, redemption, and a fresh start.

    Who is it referring to?

Primarily, it refers to the people of Israel, God's chosen nation. The chapter as a whole speaks of their future salvation, vindication, and divine blessing. The "kings" and "nations" are the surrounding peoples who will recognize God's blessing upon Israel. The "new name" indicates a changed status, possibly a new identity rooted in God's promises.

    -------------------

    Revelation 2:17 (NIV)

"Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who is victorious, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give that person a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to the one who receives it."
    Revelation 3:12 (NIV)

"The one who is victorious I will make a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will they leave it. I will write on them the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the New Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on them my new name."

    • New Names: Both Revelation passages mention receiving a "new name" that is written on the believer—something known only to the recipient or something that signifies a new identity.
    • Divine Bestowal: The new name is given by Jesus or God, symbolizing a transformed identity, spiritual victory, or belonging.
    • Identity and Honor: The new name signifies a special relationship with God, a mark of victory, and a new divine identity.
