dietz.....hi...short to medium term.....thats why we term ourselves "longers"....we are in it for the long haul.....when nwe reaches what :we:believe to be an acceptable level of value ,, then the decision has to be made whether to take our capital profits and run ,, or maybe just liquidate part of our holdings and leave the balance to .who knows ? run thru and stay with norwest and see the coy thru to commercialisation..and further increase our capital holdings........WE taken to mean those of us who call ourselves "longers"
