Another large part of the weakness is an absence of institutional on market buying coupled with stale retail holders that have been disappointed by 12 months of sideways action. This process imo could take a couple of months to resolve, ie there will be many holders that will sell into st strength whether it be to break even or reduce loses or lock in small profits, thats the current psychological makeup of FLC. But with time this should all change.
I am very confident that by the end of this qtr there will be more of an insto presence on day to day activity than what we currently have...
