Kudos to you for being able to average down here, @stockrock You will do well. Unfortunately, I am outa funds. Maxed out my allocation for this counter.

I have a dream for FLC. I reiterate, it's just a dream.

If and when IC comes in, executed and completed, I hope some Chinese SOE out there will take notice of FLC's presence and ability to execute in Africa, and therefore consider to buy a non-controlling stake in FLC as a vehicle for their expansion outside of China. By investing in FLC, the investor would also benefit from MABR's growth and Aspiral's penetration in China , SE Asia and Africa. I would think Chinese SOE's are looking to expand overseas but English is a barrier. Also, by picking a partner in FLC, they are seen not as threatening a party to the country receiving investments.

I reiterate, this is just a mere dream, a fantasy on my part. To be fair, I can see as many obstacles to the above scenario. One of which is the need to buy control. Ron would never cede control at these prices. His cost is $1.68 and he doesn't need the money. Also, FLC would not want to give off their IP in MABR unless they are well compensated for.

Anyway, please DYOR. I am just rambling, letting my mind run wild on a quiet market day.
