How about this one.
SP dropping (very slowly mind you) because of news vacuum. They're too busy tying up the merger and instead of a constant stream of piddly fart Ann's they're leaving it all for the business update coming soon.
I held another small cap that always seem to release fluff Ann's in an attempt to get the SP going. It's desperation which not a good look and it doesn't work. I would think FLC and it's managment would be waaay above that sort of BS.
