Not quite right, both Ronen and Eytan peaked at approx 12,126,204 shares each awarded from consideration and 2x milestone shares, after the 2nd milestone consideration shares were awarded in Dec 2017. At one stage in April 2016 Eytan was also showing 578k more shares than Ronen (not sure if a data error).
In Aug 2017 when Eytan ceased to be a director, he had 9,267,180 shares sitting under the ESOP account. Post that he was awarded at least 2,859,024 shares in the 2nd milestone, in Dec 2018 he also converted 1 million options at 30 cents. Eytan sold around 5 million shares from July to Aug 2018. Not sure what happened to Eytan's other 8,126,204 shares and whether they are now "hidden" within one of the large holding accounts (possibly HSBC Custody Nominees, alongside Jai Faison/Watermark) or (JP Morgan Nominees Australia, where Ron Lauder is holding 3,324,011 , leaving 8,149,231 for Eytan if he is holding there).
Ronen also was similar, peak of around 12,126,204 shares. After the award of 2nd milestone consideration shares in Dec 2017, in July 2018 he split off 6 million out of the ESOP, then started selling in Aug 2018, until he had 2,374,953 in 2019 (sold 3,625,047). Looks like he has sold another 200k of that since (or has left some under the ESOP account). Now has moved the remaining out of the ESOP back into his name with 8,323,896 showing. Better keep an eye on this number to make sure he isn't planning to sell.
I've pieced the above together using various reports and I have seen a few errors in the reports along the way, so my numbers may not be 100% accurate.
Ronen and Eytan both never reached a majority stake, so after Eytan ceased to be a director it has not been necessary to provide any details of their share movements.
