I have watched the T20 movements very closely since early 2016. I can say that the missing 8 mill of Eytans you refer to, is the remaining 5.5 mill in ESOP and he has 2 mill in his name outside the T20.

Below is a series of T20s which will show you the movements. Dunno if i can upload them in order but you will figure it out. Im rounding figures to make it easier.

Notes- March 2018- ESOP peaked at 25 mill. This is 12.5 Eyatn and 12.5 Ronen
July 2018 - They both move 6.5 mill each out of ESOP and into their names
ESOP drops to 12 mill where it remains until 2 days ago.
They begin to sell the shares in their name.

May 2019- Eytan has 2 mill, Ronen has 2.3 mill
ESOP remains at 12 mill (which is theirs, half each)

14th April 2020- Eytan still has 2 mill (outside T20 plus 6 mill ESOP)
Ronen still has 2,3 mill outside T20 plus 6 mill ESOP
ESOP remains at 12 mill

22nd April 2020- Ronen moves his ESOP 6 mill into his name. Add that to
the 2.3 he had outside T20 and now he has 8.5 mill and
none in ESOP
ESOP is now 5.5 mill. This is Eytans. Add that to the
2 mill he has outside the T20 and there is ya 8mill.
