I was born negative!....to be positive one must realise that Eytan who was a vendor and left the company 18 months ago, is still holding a large portion. Even if some were consideration shares, hes still holding. He had 6 mill IPO shares to start, so its a vote of confidence. Ronen likewise, albeit still a Fluence employee.
Of most interest is Richard Irving. Sold zero. His consideration shares went into pond. Also exercising options in his personal account last year. Richard has not sold 1 single share since the IPO. Hes closer to the action than Eytan and Ronen aswell. This speaks volumes.
Been a very tough ride but that T20 is still rock solid. Im not certain but i think Ricahrds plan b holding is a friend of his, b goldman, who was in the IPO. Zero sold in that account since IPO.
