@olderwiser, I just had a bit of a sniff around the new entrants you mentioned, some particularly interesting info I came across re Brispot Nominees.

Not totally sure what can or can't be posted here in terms of links however google search 'court stayers ply sprint tactic' and have a read of the section towards the bottom of the smh article.

Some may know this history but I had never heard of either Brispot or Cudeco before today. Interestingly there was a Senate Enquiry into the performance of ASIC where Cudeco featured heavily. Google search 'trading churn and links between nominee holders' look at the 2 Senate Enquiry PDF links that pop up and then word search Cudeco within the PDF.

I note that Brispot didn't show up in those 2 senate enquiry links but they undoubtably have an interesting history to say the least.


Not suggesting anything nefarious in relation to FLC, but it's no secret long term holders have been perplexed with the way FLC has traded over the last few years.
