I held the view that as a shareholder of ERM I did not want them to get drawn into this. Today after reading their response I decided they already were involved and that I would support them with a vote which I did not have unless I purchased some shares so that is what I did. There does come a time that you have to stand up and decide where you stand in these matters. So hopefully by the time the vote is here I will have a lot more to vote with.
