Bought back in a couple of weeks ago (sold mid 2005). Start up risks seem to be overcome. Some may be waiting for next quarterly to see full operating costs/income. My guess is they mined about $45 mil of product in last quarter, so production and admin under or close to $25 mil will be v.g.
Alternatively, some people may already know production cost blown out hence share price. It's a wait and see.
