flee the sinking ship?

I followed SGH from $3 - mid 2's, then at 80c i had the brilliant idea to buy in and then averaged my holdings down to .45c. No where near as bad as many holders, but I am wondering if it is worth pulling out the few thousands it is now worth.

The financials are dire. Can anyone give me a realistic scenario for SGH to negotiate with the banks and trade out of this including potential D4E etc... i.e what has to happen?

i think i will avoid trying to catch a falling knife in future
