Obviously cannot sell the stuff!!!
Just as well the issue has been fully underwritten, no current shareholder in their right mind would take these up.
If i can get $0.02 a share for my holding i'm selling as they will definately not survive.
Without the income tax benefit they were insolvent as they have a loan facility of $492,923 fully drawn.
If the ASX were doing their job they would have at least asked for a "please explain" by now.
What a bloody disaster!
