Tony we need to be very careful as there are likely drilling, remediation agreements, water and environmental etc etc attached to the lease agreement and other documents. Quite often there are terms attached that need to be satisfied so as to show continuous engagement. Governments don't really like companies land banking these days. However I am sure Ben is well ahead of the game on this.
