If you look an the top 20 shareholders since 2011 then the percentage has remained consistently at about 62% of the issued capital.
I get the feeling that the top 20 shareholders and management are not yet ready to accumulate.
Something is holding them back and I guess that they are waiting for significant revenue to be derived as they are not traders but investors.
They are waiting for confirmation of revenue and potential profits before they increase their holding meanwhile I get the feeling that at the current share an institution or significant shareholder will be accumulating particularly one that believes in the fundamentals of what PSY has on offer
