I agree Novac, the options value is based on the stock value. I never said otherwise. The point I made was that as the stock price sits currently, according to my calculations, the options are trading at a large discount and hence should increase even if the stock price remains flat.
What method are you using to value the options at 3c? I'm using the Black and Scholes method combined with the Monte Carlo simulation, which allows for the piggy back option, and I get a substantially higher value.
Also, why do you believe you wouldn't exercise the options if the stock is under 30c?
