    What don't you understand?

    Maybe that vehicle didn't have it installed or maybe the person in the video simply didn't use it for some reason.

    He appeared to be trying apps from his mobile phone.. You can download miroamer for your mobile phone (I have), but the guy in the video did not appear to have the app.

    Ideally it is installed o the vehicle's own system and your mobile phone isn't required.
