Great find! cannot believe the company is not updating the market through the ASX.
My guess is cost cutting of consultant fees if an announcement is not considered material therefore mandatory.
Great company, just unlucky at times through market dynamics, however management has been fantastic in pivoting the business sucessfully everytime they got stopped by a wall. Covid19 has been a pretty steep wall for Flexiroam!!
On your post, I noticed some buying action since early July and the AIDS conference was on 6-10 July, so I could think that it has generated interest and buyer are seeing the value in investing in Flexiroam. SP incresed almost 30% on above average volume.
