disney hard nuts KC, I would like to think you're right, but my investigations on disney intimate that they will wait till the last moment (last day of the trial) to take up the permanent lease. Some say they are so hard to deal with that they may even wait till after the deadline and play hardball. They don't have a good rep, plenty of money, but little respect either way.
