The one thing I will say is that during the GFC they didn't haemorrhage as many staff.
Their top sales people are leaving, there will always be jobs for those high sellers else where. Coming out of this FC might have a sales leverage issue unless they can up skill their middle tier consultants.
The old 80-20 rule. 80% of their retail revenue came from their top 20% of their consultants.
