you have to assume there is now a chance FLT runs out of money (remember they have to keep min. $350m cash balance for the banks), not guaranteed but it is now a real possibility.
wonder if they founders didn't participate much in the $7 rights issue because they saw the potential for a Jan/Feb capital raise/restructure and they've kept their powder dry ? I'm sure they'd love to own a big chunk more % of the business not less.
