I’m not quite sure how you draw that conclusion??!!
Perhaps it just means that transmission has been limited and the known cases isolated well enough to contain spreading? It may have absolutely nothing to do with “immunity”, and I’d hazard a guess that if it were brought to qld by “visitors” or people returning home, and qlders all just ignored any transmission avoidance, then it would spread just as it has in Vic or elsewhere, going exponential also!
I’m not sure it’s accurate or reasonable to claim any form of “immunity” at this stage!
