This is exactly what I'd like the company to do - close more stores and lay-off more staff. I suspect there'll be more to go in the next 6 months.

If consumers could easily switch purchases from brick and mortar to online retailers, as shown in the past 6 months with performances of Kogan and JB HiFi, I can't see why FLT can't do the same.

Jazz up the website, back it up with real person phone/chat support then you have the making of a more agile, lean, responsive company. This in effect would shed FLT legacy brick and mortar model and enable them to compete more aggressively against the like of Webjet, Hello World, Serko and Corporate Travel.

This strategies makes me much more confident of FLT's future. FLT isn't idle and just wait for the borders to open and vaccines developed. FLT is laying down the ground work for a take off!
