    I think they are great. Use them more often than not. Usually use online serching first then just get them to match which they gaurantee. I guess im handing them simple money. I know what I want they aren't working for it.

    Ocassionally they actually find something even better. Can't complain.

    I never book hotels, never pay for insurance. Need to sign a disclaimer. But all good. They email etickets promptly. Even add me to mailing list for "special" deals.

    Mind you my folk use Harvey World for all their cruises and get exceptional service too. So I doubt either is better than the other.

    I have found that some stores are better than others which could be what others are saying about who owns the stores.

    I wont say where I go but it's regional store and perhaps they have more time to be customer focused. Not that their is an excuse for not be helpful.

    What followup service did you expect post sale?
