Ever since Sun City the RCD have had factional problems,or morso than usual.As long as Kinshasa and the MLC can get this interim government happening the RCD will have to come to the party in one way or another.Probably why they are trying for the exclusion zone as a starter.They are finding themselves increasingly out on a limb.I also wouldnt mind betting all these guys were, or will be told at the finance meeting in Tanzania to pull their heads in and their digits out if they want the World Bank to come to the party for aid and development loans.Financial pressure is now being brought to bare on these central African countries.Interesting to see how they respond.
