Lets not forget that everything has changed constantly over the last 3 months
Firstly there was the "vaccine will take 24 months", they are now testing on people and reports are there could be a vaccine this year....huge money spent on this around the world, as well as finding a treatment that works..
Then we were told we may be locked down for 6 months, what happened to that?
Then there was "no borders open until at least September" what happened to that?
Point is this as has been is a very fluid situation, yes announcements were made today regarding international travel, this may change if infection numbers reduce.
Its a whole new ball game if a vaccine is found. (I wouldn't be counting on that right now but reports in the UK are promising)
Point is things change quickly,
